Village committee meeting was held at Laxmipur in Koraput area on 14 January, 2020. The meeting was attended by village leaders of nearby villages and learned about village and agricultural development and village cleanliness. The villagers have benefited and development works have also been done by the women of the village. Through agricultural work, the villagers are able to make a profit by cultivating eggplants, tomatoes, green chili, ladies finger, Cabbage etc. on their lands in Padheiput village and selling them in the markets and sustaining their families. Raj Kumar Parida, Christodan Bagh and Nabin Ch. Hiredika were present in this meeting.
