Years ago there was a communal violence in Kandhamal district. Because of that we had established a Peace Project to counsel with the militant people to share the message of Love, Peace and Brotherhood by conducting different activities for the children, youths and adults, such as Peace-Building Training Program, Adult Literacy and Child Education Program, Village-Level Sports program, Awareness Program on Health, Sanitation and Hygiene promotion.

SADBHAVANA & INTEGRITY are the motto of Brethren In Christ Church. It runs a Peace Building project at Kandhamal district to create healthy environment, to establish peace through good relationship and brotherhood among the society through its training & workshops.Brethren In Christ Church played a key role in the area of Nuagaon of Kotagarh block in last few years on peace establishment.
